Led by our teaching master Dave Johnson in our indoor home at 160 Lichfield St. (every Thursday 6.30-9pm)

Based on the ‘Park Tools School Curriculum’, the RAD 4 Week Beginner Mechanics Course covers basic mechanical skills and drive chain replacement.

Week 1: Intro to mechanics skills / appropriate tool use

Week 2: Chains cleaning / removal / replacement

Week 3: Cassettes cleaning / removal / replacement

Week 4: Gear cable replacement / tuning

Classes are kept small and supported by a talented RAD assistant, so everyone gets plenty of attention and hands-on learning.

Includes Attendance Certificate, Park Tools Manual highly recommended and available for purchase.
