Join us for an evening where food, art, and community unite to reimagine hospitality. Rad•ish Eats is more than just a meal—it's an experiment in collective responsibility, food justice, joy, and radical transformation in the hospitality industry.

What to Expect

A lovingly prepared, locally sourced meal designed to nourish body and spirit in buffet style.
An immersive culinary experience that blends art, storytelling, hospitality, and a connection to the land
An interactive flora Bouquet booth by the farmers of Patchwork Farms.
A chance to support workers directly and build something new together. Tips are evenly split amongst all staff, and donations go toward The CHAAD Project, building safer, more equitable futures for hospitality workers.

This is not a sit-down, course dinner experience, but rather an immersive opportunity to play and dream outside together and choose your own adventure on the farm. Be it networking alongside other hospitality visionaries, co-creating art, enjoying our self-serve summer barbecue spread, or being among the first to join our growing Rad•ish Eats community. We're just getting started...

Why This Matters
Rad•ish Eats isn't a restaurant—it's a vision for something more. We're building new, equitable, and sustainable hospitality models rooted in community. Your ticket is more than a meal—it contributes to this future.

Sliding Scale Tickets

We believe everyone deserves a seat at the table. That's why we offer three ticket levels—Community, Comrade, and Co-conspirator—so you can choose the option that feels right for you. Whether you're here to fill your belly or help fund the future, your presence is deeply valued.

To better understand where you may fall in this scale, please look at Resource Generation’s Class & Wealth Distinction tool.

We hope this sliding scale allows you to choose a level that feels right for you, while helping us build a more inclusive and innovative food experience. Regardless of your chosen ticket, your presence and support are deeply appreciated.

If you would like to attend but truly cannot afford a ticket at any level, please email us at team@thechaadproject.org, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

*No refunds rain or shine
