Taught by our teaching master Dave Johnson, this round runs every Tuesday afternoons (12-2.30pm) between 5th July - 23rd Aug, at our indoor workshop in Space Academy.
Based on the ‘Park Tools School Curriculum’ the RAD Mechanics Course covers basic mechanical skills, removing rear sprockets and freehubs, servicing hubs, replacing spokes and truing wheels, bottom brackets and crank sets, chains and gears, brake adjustments and pad replacement.
Classes are limited to six students so everyone gets plenty of attention and hands-on learning.
$275 unwaged - $400 waged. Includes Park Tools Manual and Attendance Certificate.
BYO: bike to learn on, keen mind and positive vibes! (masks encouraged)
