Join us for an evening to remember our radiance, to celebrate, release, express, connect, play and heal. Dance, Music, Breath and Cacao are the core of these ceremonies catalysing ecstatic states, where conscious mind limitations dissolve, opening the doors to the vast subconscious intelligence.

ECSTATIC DANCE

A conscious movement practice that invites people to unwind and open to inner wisdom and medicine that our bodies carry. It is an opportunity to connect deeply with self and others in fun ways words cannot express. A gracious experience to meet yourself as you are and open a space where you can see beyond who you think you are.

CACAO

Together we will drink a cacao elixir, giving ourselves the opportunity to enter into the stillness and wisdom of our being. This journey will offer a space to develop self-awareness, be moved by deep emotions, expand your intuitive awareness and align your actions with your intentions.

BREATHWORK

Through the power of breath, we will tap into the vast reservoirs of our own potential. A shamanic journey and a mindfulness practice inviting you to explore consciousness and experience pure ecstasy. Through the breath we open ourselves to an infinite array of physical and spiritual benefits. We open ourselves to connect with our higher selves, our true essence. Breathwork activates our third eye, opens our heart and through this we move emotions, release trauma, upgrade our beliefs, unleash creativity, open to give and receive more love, feel pure bliss, improve relationships, increase energy, improve mental health, detox our bodies and so much more.

SOUND 

We will receive the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, bringing space to cultivate relaxation, presence and to integrate these high vibrational states before floating on out. The bowls frequencies permeate at a cellular level providing many benefits such as deep relaxation, improved circulation, increased blood flow, reduced: stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, pain and more. Each bowl is tuned to a specific chakra to clear energy channels for full body healing. Attendees often leave feeling euphoric, peaceful, connected and overflowing with love and gratitude.
