Also the founder and director of the Cascadia Folk Choir, Lux is committed to two key principles: music as birthright and music as medicine. About Miracle Rose Aurora (accompanying singer):

Miracle Rose Aurora blossoms into the world of vocal performance with a powerful voice and an inviting stage presence. She weaves her experience as a menstrual priestess and yogini into her vocalizations to achieve a rich, full bodied, distinctly empowered sound of the feminine.

Her time with the Portland, OR - based ensemble Earth Women has gifted her with the ability to harmonize and weave sound seamlessly with the voices of her sisters. Songs of the ancients are a specialty of hers. Coalescing from a deep immersion in the ancient practice of facilitating the Red Tent (a scared space for menstruating women) her intention with music is to give voice to the womb, and thereby each womb bearer on the planet.

Miracles voice invites an opening to allow healing and harmony to the collective consciousness, especially to those who have lost their own voices along the way
