Radiant G Summit is a statewide event designed to intergenerationally unite women and gender expansive professionals in high school and above. With an emphasis on self-efficacy, this learning opportunity showcases programming, education, and skill-building workshops related to professional development and career readiness. Adults and youth alike unite for meaningful knowledge sharing, mentorship, and community building in a third space that reminds them to believe in themselves and thrive.

Theme: Bridging Generations and Building Power

Radiant G Summit is distinguished from other professional development conferences by its intergenerational model of professional development. Adults participate alongside youth, not simply as mentors but as co-learners. Young people are not just absorbing knowledge; they’re actively leading. We know reaching your full potential isn’t limited to any one field or sector, so our goal is for working women to tap into their power and spark connections with other driven, passionate, and thoughtful individuals.
