Amidst the ancient wisdom of the Byron hinterland, we invite you to embark on a transformative journey – Radiant Rebirth. This four-day retreat is crafted as a sacred space for women to honour and celebrate the essence of womanhood, while tapping into the reservoir of their innate feminine power.

This retreat an invitation to acknowledge and accept every facet of yourself, even the ones you've long neglected or deemed unworthy. From this place of acceptance, and radical authenticity, comes a deep place of presence and inner stability.

We will explore and access the energies of the elements as deep reconnection to our authentic self:

Let the Earth element ground you, reconnecting you with your innate stability and safety within your own body.

Allow the Water element to infuse joy, fluidity, and sensuality back into your life, reigniting the connection with your sensual self.

Feel the Fire within you, reminding you of your inherent power and strength.

May the Air element expand your heart, fostering a deep sense of compassion and love, both for yourself and others.

Nestled in the ancestrally grounded Byron Bay hinterland, Nest is an acreage of gentle sloping land, heritage protected national rainforest and abundant native wildlife. The property offers a beautiful and serene environment to rest and rejuvenate. The nighttime is just as magical with mesmerising star gazing and moon bathing. There are many hidden spots where you can take time to be with yourself and immerse in silence, share meals in the dining-lounge room with magnificent views to Mount Boogarem. Nest is honoured to be held by the ancient lands of the Minjungbul People who are part of the Bundjalung Nation.

Indulge in the healing combination of high vibrational organic food, energising and grounding elemental Prana vinyasa yoga and a vibrational retune with vibroacoustic sound therapy.

Elemental Prana Vinyasa Yoga

We are part of the natural world, we are partly Earth, partly Water, partly Fire, partly Air... Prana vinyasa yoga sessions are an invitation to reconnect deeply to your natural self, your Higher Self, through soulful movements bathed by inspiring music. Each practice is an embodiment of an element (earth, water, fire, air) and an activation of the corresponding energy centre.

Prana Vinyasa is an evolutionary and soulful yoga style created by Shiva Rea. Breathe, move, dance, enjoy a 2-hour Prana vinyasa yoga practice every day of the retreat!

Sound Medicine

Physically, sound's energy can transform our molecular structures, resolving disharmony and blockages by entraining cells into harmonious resonance. Mentally, it guides us into deep calmness, balancing brain hemispheres. Emotionally, it tunes us into joy and peace, activating dormant systems and relieving anxiety. Spiritually, sound aligns us with nature's rhythms, elevating spirits and connecting us to higher consciousness.

Through sound, we find resonance with the cosmos and our interconnected existence.

Slow earthy living

Give yourself permission to slow down, to feel the energy of the beautiful land, to nourish your body with wholesome organic vegan food. Reconnect with the grounding essence of the earth and the fluidity of the water on our hike and swim in one of the natural swim hole located in the area. Still your mind during our outdoor morning meditations, and release anything that is not serving you during our bon fire ceremony.
