Meet Charlotte - Calm State Kinesiology
Calm State Kinesiology was born from the love and desire to connect with like minded women and children finding their way on their life journey.
I love empowering women to take the reins back in their lives and really live a truly empowering, awe inspiring life, because I know that this is possible.
I am also passionate about treating children and teenagers - Giving children the language to communicate their feelings and a safe space to have them validated from a young age whilst they are still forming their belief systems can have a profound impact on their transition into their teenage years and onwards into adulthood.
Each session with Charlotte will look unique to what your body and energy is asking for in the moment. Charlotte uses a range of techniques and remedies to facilitate the shifts required in your physical, emotional and energetic body.
These include but are not limited to guided breath practices, TCM acupressure point massage, meridian flushing, vibrational sound therapy, holistic counselling, intuitive healing and insight, energetic remedies such as essential oils, vibrational medicine such as flower essences.
You may come with a specific goal, injury or ailment to work with, however by bypassing the conscious mind we quickly find out where and what the body needs to process in order to bring you into balance.
Meet Shelley - Bloom to Wellness
I am a qualified Counsellor and Master Reiki Practitioner based in Elsternwick. I am intuitive and have a down to earth approach with a deep empathy and care for people.
I moved from a career in professional dancing to the corporate world, and in the last 7 years I have transitioned into a career as a counsellor and energy practitioner. I have worked in not-for-profit organisations as a counsellor specialising in supporting clients transitioning from one life path to another, grief, loss and trauma counselling, and developing and facilitating group therapy.
My move into reiki began when my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness. As part of my own self care, I enrolled to learn and experience reiki. Reconnecting with my intuition and tuning into my inner compass, energy work and counselling became part of my vocation.
Learning from two master practitioners and moving into teaching Reiki students the light and love of reiki, my passion for supporting people in their path for self healing and growth brings fulfilment and purpose. Thats why I’m so passionate in supporting others through their passage from disconnection, vulnerability to empowerment and the sense of freedom we feel when we are truly aligned to ourselves.
