Join us for a calm, restorative community evening to gently close out the year.

Held at Radiant Sol Yoga, this sound healing and intention-setting session will be led by Jessica (The Sound Alchemist). The experience includes breathwork, light movement, intention setting, and a soothing sound journey to help you slow down, reset, and reflect on what you want to call in for 2026.

It’s a relaxed, supportive space and perfect whether you’re new to sound healing or have done it before. A chance to pause with the girls, take a breath, and be present.
