The Launch of The Radical Baking Club!
Description
Calling all bread baking enthusiasts!
Come together at Le Tacheron Farm for the launch of The Radical Baking Club. After sharing our interests in baking we will bake our loaves together in the Bakehouse ovens, filling the space with the delicious aromas of our freshly baked bread!
We will then be joined by the Jersey Fermentation Club, for an evening of good food and good company, with a presentation by Robin Sheriff, author of "The Science of Fermentation' and co-founder of the The Fermenters Guild. Your ticket covers the hire of the space and the cost of using the Bakehouse kitchen and hosting the event.
The Radical Baking Club
The Radical Baking Club is a community focused baking club that aims to provide opportunities for bread baking enthusiasts in Jersey to come together and share experiences, knowledge, recipes, techniques and ideas. We will be a community dedicated to baking extraordinary bread, celebrating traditions, experimentation, curiosity aTnd sustainable food systems. All Rise for The Radical Baking Club!
