all from an an embodied perspective.

YOUR HANDS….

We use them all the time but rarely stop to give them much thought.

Knuckled and nailed, lined and smooth, our hands are complex precision instruments. Yet, through a lifetime of repetitive practical use, they have become so fine-tuned and efficient that their intelligence often goes unnoticed.

We use our hands to hold things, to eat, to communicate, to create. And yet, most importantly, the hand can heal and bring harmony to your life.

Hold up your hands - what do you see?

Can you see your hands as your greatest gift to receiving, blessed with their own intelligence and familiarity with the subtleties of the body; or are they just the things with which you do all your doing?

The densest area of feeling receptors in your whole body is in your fingers (2,500 per square cm). Once the hands are activated, a whole new world of relating, connecting, intimacy, sensitivity and receiving opens up.

THE FORMAT

This training is 5 live online meetings a week apart. 2.5 hours each evening.

You will be part of a group journey with experiences, experiments and questions and answers.

There will be practices that can be used in your personal or professional life.

No prior experience is necessary

You start where you are as a beginner or a professional and you will always find new levels of awareness.

WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE:

the difference between giving and receiving as it relates to the action.
how to awaken the hands to gain deeper inflow of sensation and information
how to access your own physical pleasure/joy/bliss with the ability to receive in different ways
a radical receiving of self sovereignty, self ownership and self responsibility
how to notice, value, trust and ask for what you want.

Is this program about sex, sensuality or erotic in nature?

Although touch can be an aspect of those parts of lives, they are not a part of this program. However, the exercises and home play provided can be explored with your partner in ways that you both choose.

Who is this program for?
This program is for anyone who is interested in learning more about themselves and improving the quality of their communication in their personal or professional relationships with lovers, friends, parents, children or colleagues. No prior experience is necessary.

Anyone stuck in patterns of behaviour that are not working for them leading to burnout, being a martyr, people-pleasing, and people think it is better to give than receive.

If you wish to create a relationship based on sovereignty, integrity, respect, choice and trust, this program is for you

ABOUT KAREN

Karen Austen is an international speaker, best selling author, facilitator, coach and mentor with a deep interest in human potential and a love of all things communication, especially the nervous system.

An abrupt end to a 25 year career in criminal justice changed her life drastically. Forced into medical retirement with severe PTSD and extreme burnout, she was told she had a 1 in 5 chance of ever working again.

Through studying with masters in the field of Mind Body Medicine, she found the keys to vitality, vibrancy, wellbeing and the capacity to receive all of the abundance and opportunities that are available.

Karen brings an authentic , passionate and inspiring style to personal transformation by utilising wisdom gained from living life to the full, a diverse career in the Criminal Justice System and extensive training and accreditations.

Karen has decades of experience facilitating ‘mainstream’ and embodiment training. She is also highly skilled in personal growth, body awareness, mentoring, coaching and facilitating.

Her approach to serving her clients revolves around her deep understanding of the scientific and spiritual principles underpinning who we are as human beings. By using a creative orientation rather than a problem solving orientation you really can have a life of joy, freedom, authenticity and truth.

Her mission and her work is to show the past does not have to equal the future and that thriving is possible.
