I AM LOOKING FOR 10 WILLING PARTICIPANTS willing to expand their capacity to receive.I have been teaching parts of the Wheel of Consent for a couple of years now. Finally I have been able to participate in the certification training to facilitate the whole program as a stand alone.

Part of the certification process is to film a 20 minute section of me (and only me) leading the workshop.

I am looking for 10 willing participants to join me 2 hours per week over 6 weeks online and on zoom.

All this is available through touch and the activation of your hands. Touch is the first sense we develop in the womb. It’s VITALLY important to our wellbeing.

Touch has enormous power to both emotionally and physically enhance our communication, our capacity to connect, and our health and wellbeing.

YOUR HANDS….

We use them all the time, but rarely stop to give them much thought. Knuckled and nailed, lined and smooth, our hands are complex precision instruments. Yet, through years of repetitive practical use, they have become so fine-tuned and efficient that their intelligence often goes unnoticed.

We use our hands to hold things, to eat, to communicate, to create. Most importantly, the hand can heal and bring harmony to your life.

Hold up your hands - what do you see?

Can you see your hands as your greatest gift to receiving, blessed with their own intelligence and familiarity with the subtleties of the body; or
Are they just the things with which you do all your doing?

The densest area of feeling receptors in your whole body is in your fingers (2,500 per square cm). Once the hands are activated, a whole new world of relating, connecting, intimacy, sensitivity and receiving opens up.

WORKSHOP

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It all starts with feeling safe. When you are safe, you can make choices. When you can make choices your capacity to give and receive expands exponentially. The emphasis in learning is on the choosing. Knowing what you want, trusting, valuing and and being able to communicate what you want are vitally important to your capacity to receive in the bedroom and the board room.

Learning Through Practice

Understanding and embodying this work happens through a somatic experience, meaning you will feel it in your body.   To support your learning, you will have opportunities to practice, notice, and reflect. Participating this way will start to rewire old patterns around giving and receiving.

WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

This workshop is not about touching or being touched. This workshop is about making choices and trusting yourself. You will be guided in learning to activate your hands and connect with yourself in a conscious and empowered way. From there, you will learn to create agreements with yourself and (if you choose) others to access deeper levels of intimacy and expansiveness. We make commitments to ourselves, first and foremost, from a place of self-love and respect.

THE MAIN FOCUS WILL BE TO:

• activate the sensation in your hands.
• improve the quality of your touch.
• learn how to separate doing from giving.
• discover the infinite layers of receiving.
• explore consensual (non sexual) touch (theory only as it will be online).

Deep spiritual qualities of surrender, integrity, gratitude and generosity will unfold as you learn new dynamics related to giving and receiving.

Workshop Details

This is a six-week online course meeting once a week from
Thursday 12th August to
Thursday 16th September
from 6.30pm EAST to 8.30pm AEST

This provides a great opportunity to digest, integrate and practice between meetings. I will offer options for home practice that include both solo practice and paired. With each paired practice, there will be an option to do this remotely or face to face.

There will be lots to experiment with and notice!
