Throughout the retreat you'll be invited to put down what you've been carrying, creating room physically, mentally and emotionally for what's waiting underneath.

As that space opens, attention turns toward what's actually there: the qualities and strengths that are distinctly yours. Gradually, what surfaces becomes a clearer direction of your sense of purpose, values, and what you actually want your next chapter to look like.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

Every element has been thoughtfully chosen to support you on your journey within. Expect a rhythm that moves between activity and stillness, guided practice and personal reflection, time with others and time alone. Practices include guided meditation and mindfulness, gentle yoga and breathwork, a fire ceremony, guided reflection and purposeful conversation, a guided walk of the UKARIA grounds, and nourishing meals provided throughout. All practices are trauma-informed and suitable for all levels. No prior experience necessary.
