Event description

Learn to crochet a circular rug (or placemat/trivet) using your tired old linen. Create a family heirloom.

Participants will be shown the method for planning and creating a one-of-a-kind crocheted spiralling circular rag rug.

Bring your faded cotton sheets, doona's or sarongs and learn to cut, strip, slip knot, chain & slip stitch, double crochet, increase, join and finish your project. You will also need to bring a sharp pair of scissors and large crochet hook (sizes 12mm - 15mm)

*Please note - this workshop was previously advertised for March 26 but has been postponed to May 28.

This workshop is suitable for beginning crocheters to experienced rag craft
