Unexpressed anger festers, manifesting as self-doubt, burnout, and a simmering resentment that chips away at our confidence and joy that left unchecked, can turn toxic.

We'll immerse ourselves in music that ignites your soul – think ‘killing in the name of’, ‘fuck you’, ‘bitch better have my money’ think ‘in the end’, priming us to transform our rage into something magical. Somatic release exercises will allow you to scream, shout, and move your body, letting go of those pent-up emotions that have been simmering beneath the surface, releasing and rediscovering your strength. Through angry letter writing, you'll reclaim your voice and confront those who have wronged you, while ragey drawing allows you to visually represent your frustrations, freeing yourself from their hold. We'll transform this raw energy into something positive. Pillows will become punching bags, paper will be shredded, and voices will rise in a chorus of truth.
