Looking for an adventure that’s a little more “wow” than your usual weekend plans? Escape the city grind and join us for a hike to Rainbow Falls in the heart of the stunning Shawangunk Mountains. This isn’t your average trail—it’s a mix of dramatic cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and lush forests that feel like stepping into another world.

What to Bring:

• Sturdy hiking boots/ Sturdy Sneakers (required)—some sections of the trail can be rocky and steep.
• Weather-appropriate layers—it’s spring, so expect unpredictable temps!
• A daypack with water, snacks, and a packed lunch for the trail.
• A camera or phone to capture those Insta-worthy waterfall shots.
• A sense of adventure and an open mind for an epic day out.

Event Schedule:

10:00 AM – Meet in the lobby (2nd floor) of Chelsea Piers Fitness
10:30 AM – Depart for Minnewaska State Park Preserve
12:30 AM – Arrive at the trailhead and begin the hike
2:00 PM – Snack break at Rainbow Falls (cue the photo ops!)
3:30 PM – Conclude the hike and head to a nearby café
5:30 PM – Depart for NYC

Timing is approximate and will depend on traffic and the group’s pace.
