Rainbow Run 5k in collaboration with Richmond's Hope

Join us on Sunday 6th September at Wild Cairns. 🌈 The Rainbow Run 5K back bigger than ever - it’s a full family-fun day, obstacle course and colour run all thrown into one. 🙌

Rainbow Runners will enjoy:

🌈 A purpose‑built assault course, including the UK’s longest inflatable slide, hurdles, rope swings and more!

🙌 High‑energy music zones

🤸 A dynamic group warm‑up

🎖️ Medals & photo finish

👕 Plus, anyone who fundraises gets a free tshirt!!

The event includes two waves: an adults-only starting from at 12:30, followed by a family run starting from 1:30.

Choice of one 2.5k loop or the full 5k course by completing all obstacles twice. This is non-competitive fun - it's your race - you can do it your way! Run, jog, walk. Do every obstacle or just the ones you fancy - it's about giving it a go and pushing yourself.

A festival‑style finish area with food, entertainment, local business market-stalls and space to unwind

All money raised for Held In Our Hearts will fund free baby loss support and counselling in the community.

Free charity places are available but we kindly ask that each person aims to raise money through sponsorship, £100 is our suggested minimum target.

All money raised will support Held In Our Hearts to provide free compassionate care and support to families who have experienced pregnancy, baby or infant loss.

All charity place participants and fundraisers will be provided with:

• Fundraising support from our expert charity fundraisers

• A free t-shirt when you have raised £50.

• A keep sake fundraising certificate certificate too.
