A community event designed to help you reset, reconnect and leave feeling lighter.

With so much stress, pressure and negativity surrounding us in everyday life, Raise the Vibration is an opportunity to step away from the noise and come together as a community with one simple intention, to feel good.

Through light movement, gentle breathwork, guided meditation and professional sound healing, we’ll create space to release built-up stress and tension, calm the mind and shift into a more positive, balanced and refreshed state.

There’s something powerful about doing this together. When a room full of people intentionally slow down, breathe, move and reset, the energy we create doesn’t just impact us individually, it carries into our families, relationships, workplaces and communities.

This isn’t about intense breathwork, complicated practices or being “spiritual”. No experience is needed. Everything is simple, accessible and designed so that anyone can take part and feel comfortable.

You’ll be guided through the experience by Daniel Still, alongside professional sound healers, creating a relaxed and supportive environment where you can simply switch off from the outside world and be present.

Our intention is for Raise the Vibration to become more than a one-off event. We want to create a regular space where people can come together, reconnect and hit the reset button whenever they need it.
