Come for a bit of fun, Friday drinks and learn how to raise capital!

The University of Sydney Genesis program is inviting you to a masterclass as part of our week of entrepreneurship. This is the third class of three where we want you to get excited and motivated to either start or keep pushing with your own ventures! Genesis is bringing the support too, our accelerator program will open for applications on the 21st of July, we'll give you more info at the master class!

What's this event about ? - Empowering you to raise capital

Raising funds for your startup can feel a bit daunting, how much can you or should you raise? How do you value your startup's equity? What should you look for in an investment relationship beyond just the funds you need? We'll explore all these questions and likely more in this two hour session with Ada and Camille!

Alan Jones - Alan is a prolific investor at both the Angel and VC level as well as leading Fishburners, Sydney's iconic co-working space for startups

Ben Lindsay - Ben is an investor for Investible and specialises in climate tech.

Rajeev Gupta - Rajeev is a partner at Alium Capital and a mentor at start mate and has invested in famous Aussie brands such as Koala 

Abbie Widin - Abbie is a Genesis alumni and raised capital as she was participating in Genesis with her venture, Defy-Hi Robotics!
