Peter built his own product business and found out first-hand how hard it can be to raise capital in the lower South Island. He joined Mainland Angels to help create a better path to investment for people building here.

Wayne Hudson, Director, whIPit Limited & Flying Kiwi Angels Associate

Wayne has over 35 years' experience as a commercial and corporate lawyer and was a partner at Bell Gully and Hudson Gavin Martin. He now focuses on technology businesses, advising on IP, capital raising and shareholder issues. He also helps run the free Angelic Drop-In sessions in Wānaka.
