WHAT OTHERS HAVE TO SAY –

“It was freeing and uplifting even during my overwhelming emotions. I feel so amazing today too. Thank you!”

“Wow what an experience that we have just recently had with you Shay! We were welcomed into a safe space and made to feel comfortable right from the start. We had both never participated in something quite so extraordinary. Your facilitation style is warm, welcoming and kind. This combination is conducive to maximising the experience on a whole. We were thoughtfully guided through the breath meditation with suitable stylistic music and accompanying instruments. We really appreciated the opportunity to share our experience with you and our small group afterwards. Finally, we would like to show our appreciation for the care that was taken at the conclusion of the practice with regard to ongoing self-care and wellbeing over the coming days. Thank you once again, we would highly recommend the experience to like-minded friends and family to participate in a practice with Shay in future.
Much love.”

"To listen to a young man like Shay tell his life story, where he was caught up in this world that we live in and now he's really found a new path and realising there is work to be done on this planet, in a hurry and we need more people like Shay out there, telling his story and influencing other people to really share more loving-kindness. Love for our planet, each other and ourselves. It gave me a lot of hope."
