We welcome parents and caregivers of students from Years 3 to 8 to hear from Tracey Hart a registered psychologist and teacher, who has over 30 years of experience working in education. Tracy is passionate about proactive, preventative work – arming parents and caregivers with the knowledge, understanding, and skills to best support our children and young people.

The tween years and early adolescence… can you relate to big emotions and backchat? Physical changes? Boundary pushing? Some things stay the same but our tweens and teens are going through this tricky time in a different world.

In this seminar, Tracy will outline a positive framework for navigating this time with your children. We hope to help you to get on the front foot during these important years. She will discuss:

the importance of staying connected
helping your tween/teen regulate their emotions
collaborative problem-solving and setting boundaries
getting real about social media and gaming

We look forward to seeing you there.
