Find the inner freedome to let yourself go and lift your vibrations with the elements of earth, air fire and water, with the rythms of flow staccato chaos lyrical and stillness.... Open yourself to let the powers of the cosmos flow through you in trance dance and authentic movement, and then go deeper with transformational breathwork.

This is a 2 hour workshop building group energy to synergize and really raise things up. It is the time of the year when working with the spirits of the elementals we will call in spring and raise the energies in our hearts and bodies to birth us into our next level.

Using spontaneous movement and 5 rhythm's we will explore the world of mediumship and channeling the energies of nature and spring through our bodies charging our selves with life and giving and receiving from the earth mother so she can birth the new life within her and we in us.

Darlene Rollins is owner and director of Earthwalk Ways retreat near Fredericksburg. She has been doing this work here and other places since 1994.

She has training in core energtics and breathwork as well as mediumship trainings in Brazil. This is a really interesting way of working within ourselves and learning how to contact the forces of nature to synergize with and augment our own channels of light.

There is a progression to this work so consider attending several to realize all the possibilities of these wonderful modalities.
