Great marketing can help you achieve your goals, get noticed and make sure your message reaches the right people - whether it’s the community, funders, donors, volunteers or potential members. But where to start? This course is designed to guide non-profit organisations and community groups towards creating a strong brand foundation and effective marketing strategy to help you connect with your audience, stand out from the crowd and spread your message cost-effectively.
Over two hours, you will gain the tools to craft your own brand strategy and marketing calendar. This will include:
- Defining your strategic foundation, including exploring your purpose, positioning, unique-selling propositions and personality
- Content pillars - the key messages you want to get across
- Channel strategy, with platform recommendations, from your website to paid marketing
- Marketing calendar template
- Guide to communicating impact
We encourage participants to bring their laptop or pen and paper to add notes relevant to their organisation throughout the workshop. Places are limited and registration is essential.
