Come along to our next Health and Wellbeing Event held at The Southbrook Rugby Club Rooms!

This will be just at the end of most farms calving/lambing so a perfect chance to get off the farm and have a chat about mental health! This could be a great chance to review how your mental health was over the busiest season and how you can do more for yourself next year!
We have some amazing speakers lined up to talk about their experiences with mental health in their lives, alongside an awesome panel with people from all different walks off life to give us some insight into their experiences. You may just be able to take home some tools on how to take care of your mental health.

Snacks will be provided along with some awesome banter as always. We encourage you to bring a friend and enjoy a night out and take home some valuable information.

Doors open at 6:30pm and the night will begin at 7pm! Held at the Southbrook Rugby Club Rooms!
