Event description
Rave Relief wishes to acknowledge the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation as the traditional custodians of the land on which we live, move and create. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and we strive to honor the trail-blazing brotherboys, sistergirls and LGBTQIA+ community who have and continue to persevere in the face of adversity. We also acknowledge the pain and struggle associated with the recent referendum, and recognise the resilience and strength of the wider First Nations’ community. We are grateful for the opportunity to come together and celebrate on this country we are so lucky to call home. It always was, always will be Aboriginal Land.

Boorloo’s fattest, thickest and sweetest community-led Pride celebration & charity fundraiser is dancing its ass back into the maze-like hallways of The Rechabite for a 5TH YEAR(!!).
After 4 sell-out years (with the last 2 involving a DREAM-team collaboration with our friends at Boorloo Justice for Decolonise Pride), RAVE RELIEF will be taking everything we’ve learned from our journey so far and mindfully carrying it into PRIDE 2023 for a momentous full-venue takeover.
