Event description

The Hotel Canobolas will be hosting the second edition of their annual festival celebrating the best of the region's raw produce and sparkling wines, in the Summer Street Bar & Dining Room on level 1. 

The event will feature plates by Chefs Joel Bickford and Danny Corbett, a wine masterclass with Will Gilbert, live entertainment and showcase some of the best wine and raw produce the Central West has to offer.

$30 pp incl. plate of food + glass of sparkling wine

Additional food plates + wines will be available to purchase during the event.
