Welcome to RAW

This is a men's primal embodiment retreat. As the name suggests, it is here to drop the bullshit, so you can be raw, authentic and truthful with yourself and those around you.

This isn't some pretty retreat.

You will be camping out in nature, washing in river streams and staying the night camped by the fire.

Food will be provided, that will nourish your soul and remind you of the importance of good food.

If you've been running around trying to figure everything out...

If you've been trying to get it all right...

Or just been spending your whole day in your head...

This retreat is for you.

The intention is simple. Help you reconnect to what it means to be you.

If you've lost yourself in work...

If you've lost yourself in relationship...

Or just plain old questioning who you are anymore...

Well this is a good spot for you. It's not a retreat where you are told what to do. It is one that helps you remember who you are so you can make choices for yourself.

Where you learn how to shift through the million thoughts in your mind, the endless number of tasks on your plate, and sit in a simpler truth of this is who you are here to be, this is your vision and this is what you are here for.

So if you are asking any of the following?

How will this help my purpose?

Or a number of other iterations of similar questions, the answer is the same.

Once we clear out the noise and the constant chatter, both internal and external, this all will be a whole lot easier, clearer and simpler.

So what is RAW about? What will we do?

RAW is a retreat that helps men strip some of the bullshit in their lives and in themselves. It asks them to look beneath the noise of the monkey mind, the chatter of everyday thoughts and the constantly doing that modern life asks of them, so that they can build a deeper relationship with who they are at their core.

It is about getting real with the pieces that a man might have been avoiding, the conversations he hasn't been having, or the choices he has been refusing to make. It is about having other men that can see you, support you and encourage you to take a step for you.

There is a lot of noise in the world, and this retreat is about cutting that out, so you can finally listen to what is true.

During the retreat, you will be guided through a number of experiences from somatic experiencing, meditation, nature based practices, ritual, movement and men's circles. These are all tools that if you have never done anything of the sort before, you will be guided through.

A man doesn't need to have any previous experience with this work, only a willingness and an openness.

What do you need to do?

Show up.

Be amongst the other men. Share authentically and recieve.

Clothes for the duration
Water bottle
Pen and paper
Yoga mat and cushion
Camping equipment (tent or swag)
Any musical instrument (not required)
Towel
Toilteries
All food and cutlery provided
