Jeevi "Laughing Chef” is a Laughter Yoga teacher and plant based chef here in Sydney. Jeevis' food is so delicious that people are so surprised that plant based food can taste this amazing.

Jeevi loves laughing a lot. His classes are full of laughter. Jeevi has conducted Laughter Yoga in various countries like Australia, USA, Nepal and India. He has also conducted Laughter Yoga classes and workshops for corporate events, yoga retreats, festivals and various charity events. Jeevi has been conducting Laughter Yoga classes at The Lost Paradise, one of the biggest gatherings for yoga and music in Australia since 2015. He leaves so many people stunned that Laughter Yoga can be so much fun and so relaxing!

Come and join Jeevi the Laughing Chef on a culinary journey that will bring a tantalising experience to all your senses! Nepalese-born Jeevi is known as the "Laughing Chef". The reason? Always cooking with a smile on his face, he loves to bring his huge passion for plant-based food to the lives of others! Famous for his mouth watering plant-based and gluten-free dishes, experience the magic of Jeevi’s nutritious creations on arrival with a freshly-prepared welcome drink.

Before beginning your cooking creations, you will participate in Jeevi’s laughter yoga… get ready for a huge smile on your face and a boost of enthusiastic energy in your system! With experience cooking internationally, Jeevi’s colourful and mouth-watering dishes are made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients and served up with generous outpourings of his wholehearted laughter. “I didn’t know raw vegan food could taste this good” and “Where can I get this recipe!?” are not unfamiliar phrases post a uncooking experience with Jeevi.

Jeevi will guide you through how to serve, prepare and uncook 3 plant-based dishes – and what’s more, you get to taste and takeaway following your class. You will also get the recipes for you to create the delicacies at home with your friends and family.

After some time away, Jeevi is excited to return to the Northern Beaches to share his joy, laughter and nutritious food with you. What better place to host than the stunning Freshwater Wellness Centre. All cooking abilities and laughter enthusiasts are invited – everyone is welcome!! Just bring yourself and a willingness to participate. If you’re looking to expand your cooking repetoire, experience the plant-friendly way or simply make new friends and have a giggle, then this class is for you!

On the day

** Laughter yoga session design to bring more joy and laughter during this covid time.
