    Event description

Come and join us for a relaxing camp for all ages at The Abbey on Raymond Island on the Gippsland Lakes, East Gippsland!

Meet friends new and old, and keep an eye out for the local wildlife wandering through the camp (or in nearby trees)!

Common activities are swimming, sailing, bike riding, walking, reading and coffee shops in Paynnesville are just a ferry ride away.

You choose to stay in one of 8 ensuite units, shared rooms (*) or your own caravan or tent. Only one of the group books the accommodation ticket (for non campers) while the rest just book the Programme Fee each.  Each person sharing is to provide the sharing details in the registration form that appears after the tickets are selected.

(*) There are no longer any bunk rooms. They are in the process of being renovated into Shared Rooms with either 2 beds or 3 beds.

Please note that this camp requires all participants under the age of 18 years old to have a parent or guardian present during the camp.

Transport to and from the camp is the responsibility of the participants.

Dates are: Sunday Jan 7th 2024 to Saturday January 13th 2024.

Can't make the whole week?  No problems, there are Daily Rate tickets available to select but be sure to select both programme fee and camping fee per person per day.

    Payment Options

    1) Book and pay in full by 13th Dec 2023

See below about how the ticketing works as you need to purchase two types of tickets.

    2) Want to come but need some financial help or payment plan?

Contact katek@sthils.com regarding a payment plan if your financial circumstances are a barrier to attending.

    How the ticketing works

There are 2 types of tickets that you need to select

    1) Programme Fee: this covers the cost of the common site amenities (Hall, Kitchen, Ablutions Block) and the food for everyone for the camp.  Every person attending needs one of these tickets so that personnel details are recorded.  Infants under 2 year are not charged.

    2) Accomodation Fee: this is the cost of your chosen accomodation.
For non-camping: Motel Room, West Cottage or Shared Rooms, only book a single ticket with your selected option for everyone using that space.
For camping: camping its one ticket per person.
