Rays 1st Birthday

It’s time to celebrate… Rays is turning ONE this September! 

We are thrilled to invite you to a night in Palm Springs, while we celebrate the big milestone, indulging in bites and drinks and dancing under the stars. 

Saturday 7th of September 2024

4pm til Late

On the night we will have multiple pop-up food stalls with bites inspired by retro Southern California – think prawn cocktails, lobster rolls, taco stands, pizza and more. 

Alongside our eats, cocktails are a must. We will have three specialty cocktail bars to indulge to all your senses, Mojito, Spritz and Paloma will be front and centre.

Dance the night away under the stars with Razi Zain on the acoustics followed by specialty curated playlists.

How does it work?

Purchase your ticket to the event which will provide you your first token for both the food & cocktail stalls. 

Once you arrive, and you’re ready for more, there will be dedicated token stand to get you through the rest of the night. (Cocktail vouchers are $20 and food vouchers are $12)

Our food stalls will be open until 8pm and our pop-up bars will be open until close – so no need to worry if you arrive after 4pm for the celebrations.
