RBM Movie Club: MIAMI CONNECTION

At the RAD, BAD or MAD movie club, we find lost, forgotten or neglected cult films and ask you the question: is this movie RAD BAD or MAD? 

8pm - Saturday 10th of February

This month we're showing perhaps THE MOST ENTERTAINING martial arts rock band vs motorcycle ninjas movie you'll see all year - ITS "MIAMI CONNECTION"!  That plot summary doesn't begin to describe this weird, wonderful film from 1987, which teaches important lessons about friendship, rock and roll, ninjas and perhaps why you should learn a little about film making before you spend a million dollars on a vanity project. 

The screening will be followed by a special feature - a short documentary on how and why it was MIAMI CONNECTION, WHO are the geniuses behind it and why it was dumped in 1987 only to be discovered and rescued 25 years later. 

Our movie club is hosted by the wonderful people at SAWTOOTH gallery. Bring your own popcorn and refreshments (microwave available) and a cash donation for the gallery and join us to discover if this movie RAD BAD or MAD!
