Vegan Meal at Rowan College at Burlington County Culinary Arts School

Update:  Rowan College at Burlington County Culinary Arts Center just made major changes to our 10/18 dinner, due to issues on their end.  There will only be 3 courses, with a set menu (see below).  The price has been reduced accordingly.

Join NJveg for a special 3-course gourmet vegan dinner, prepared by Rowan College at Burlington County Culinary Arts Center students!  We had very enjoyable meals here for 10 semesters prior to the pandemic, and are resuming our tradition this semester!  These dinners assure the students – future chefs – that providing vegan options is essential.  A gift of a vegan cookbook is made to each student as additional encouragement!  Menu:

• French Green Lentil Salad
• Smoky Portobello Mushroom Vegan Cassoulet
• Creamy Vegan Chocolate Tart

This event has sold out previously (we've had to turn people away), so buy your tickets soon!  Tickets must be purchased by Friday October 6, and will NOT be sold at the door.  Proceeds from ticket sales will go toward scholarships, with the remainder going toward cookbooks.
