Description
Re-Awakening
A Yin Rebirthing Breathwork Journey
Take a pause from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your breath, body, and inner awareness.
Re-Awakening is a deeply restorative breathwork experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and self-connection through a gentle Yin approach to conscious connected breathing.
