Description

Re-Awakening

A Yin Rebirthing Breathwork Journey

Take a pause from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your breath, body, and inner awareness.

Re-Awakening is a deeply restorative breathwork experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and self-connection through a gentle Yin approach to conscious connected breathing.

Guided by internationally renowned breathwork facilitator Simon Yuen, this immersive journey combines breathwork, sound healing, embodiment, and grounded facilitation to create a safe and supportive space for deep rest, reflection, and transformation.

Unlike more intense cathartic styles of breathwork, this experience prioritises softness, safety, presence, and attunement.

No forcing.
No performance.
