New year, new me!

New moment, new me.

Every moment in time is a space to live, learn and set intentions for our lives; and midnight once a year isn’t the only time we “should” be setting up these opportunities for ourselves!!

New Year resolutions often come with face value goals of body image ideals or big things that are out of our range of control. We set ourselves up with goals of success only to find them to fleet away within days, weeks or months and leaving us feeling like we’ve “failed”. 

Resolutions come with pressure to be more. Do more. Have more.  Where our main focus should be on simply BEING more - the rest all comes from there.

So fuck resolutions. This is our Re:Birth. Our own personal Re:Volutions that flex, change and grow alongside us over the waves of the upcoming months - whatever that looks like.

This new year is an opportunity to cut ties with all the pieces of the past we no longer wish to take forward with us into our futures - its more about our ‘now’, and the present moment we are in control of - If we can work on our ability to really see what’s going on in our present, we can set realistic and achievable intentions that progress to a beautiful future.  The more we say yes to ourselves and our self development, the more our children, partners and family benefit, and the more aligned we live our lives, creating flow and space for our intuition to guide us to the life we always dreamed of.

So come sit with us and other like minded mama, and play with your dreams. Come share your desires.  Come set your intentions for the small, the sometimes average, and sometimes big and beautiful things you’d like to see in your sphere this year!  Let's make real small, supported and realistic changes to our daily to make your dream life happen, all in its right time!
