Re-Birthing as a Mother

For many women things don’t go they way we always dreamed we would like to give birth. For whatever reason, in the heat of the moment other people take control and we are left feeling frightened, disempowered and not listened to. The emotional pain of that memory stays with us and holds us back from fond memories of the moment when we birthed a new life.

This workshop is an opportunity to complete the past with the emotional charge that may be lingering and change the energy around that memory. Using the conscious connected breathing cycle you will be supported to revisit that time, gain new insights and change the energy around giving birth. You will have the opportunity to re-birth in a different way.

What to expect:

This Breathwork technique is powerful, gentle, and nurturing. As a participant you will have the opportunity to experience clearing around you own personal birthing experience and then be present for the other participants as they do the same. Women supporting women in the healing of the trauma around the most sacred act of birthing a new life.

You will be honoured and you will be held.

NOTE: Participants will be asked to complete a form with questions about your birthing experience. This allows for some preplanning thought by the facilitator so you can be fully supported on the day.

About Jennylee Taylor

Jennylee has been personally working with Breathwork as a tool for healing her own life experiences since she was 25. She is now into her 7th year as a professional Breathwork Practitioner and completed her training to become a trainer of other Breathwork Practitioners in 2021.

Jennylee has witnessed profound transformation in the people she supports through the Breathwork process and is always humbled by the power of the process of the conscious connected breathing cycle. When breath intelligence meets body intelligence with a willing heart, great emotional transformation occurs.
