Join Body-Mind Centering® teacher and Somatic Movement Therapist/Educator Kim Sargent-Wishart for a half-hour of guided movement practice to refresh, recharge and reconnected with your body, breath and creative flow.

Inspired by Body-Mind Centering® somatic practice, dance improvisation and movement meditation, this practice can be adapted to any movement preferences and abilities. Move in ways that suit you and feel good - however big or small, directed or free, relaxed or energized you need in the moment.

Get your fluids moving, hydrate your joints, activate your senses and orient to where you are.

Classes will be recorded and available if the timing doesn't suit you, or if you want to repeat it.
