Experience energy medicine movement exercises , and Breathing techniques, and Reiki.

How to use Visualization and Hypnosis to return, reinforce, and activate your boundaries.
Discover practical tools for resetting your nervous system when feeling disempowered.

This group setting offers a healing and supportive environment. It can help you reconnect with yourself, reclaim your energy, release emotional blockages, and create a personalized daily energetic boundary routine.
