Help the people pleaser in you learn to say, "No".
Experience energy medicine movement exercises , and Breathing techniques, and Reiki.
Cleansing your chakras
Using Violet Flame to shift situations and thinking.
Learning how to use an activating and banishing pentagram for protection.
Learning about protective symbols to use in boundary-making
Learn about protective stones that you can use to assist you in making boundaries

This group setting offers a healing and supportive environment. It can help you reconnect with yourself, reclaim your energy, release emotional blockages, and create a personalized daily energetic boundary routine.
