What do I need to know?

How long is each weekly coaching call? Each weekly session will run for 1.5 hours.
When are the sessions held? Sessions will be on a Tuesday evening for 6 consecutive weeks. The time will be confirmed once we can gage the different time zones participating, but they will likely be around 7-8.30pm WST.
Are sessions in person or online? All sessions are online, so you can stay in the comfort of your own home.
What is included in this program? This 6-week program includes:
- 6 x 1.5-hour live group coaching sessions delivered via zoom.
- A workbook to guide you through the program and for you to complete your weekly homework in.
- FREE access to my 'New Year New You' 2-hour online workshop in January 2024 to help you use what you have learnt in this program to set up your new year right! This workshop is valued at $49.
- Access to discounted one-on-one coaching prices should you feel the need to explore some things that came up for you in the program.
- Access to a private Facebook Group to help you stay connected to like-minded women for encouragement and accountability.
Can I pay via a payment plan? You sure can, simply pop me an email at chantelle@4wellnesssake.com.au and we can set you up on a 3 x fortnightly payment plan of $115.
What if I can't make a session? Group coaching works best when you are present in the live sessions, when you decide to join this program, we ask that you commit to the 6 sessions so that you can get the most out of the program. Having said that we know that sometimes things out of our control happen, in this case please just message me prior to the session and let me know you can't attend, and we will do our best to work something out for you.
Are session confidential? As with one-on-one coaching all sessions are confidential and judgement free. We ask all participants to honour that what happens in the group stays in the group. As your coach I promise to keep all your information confidential as per my Code of Ethics.
Is there a minimum and maximum number of participants required? We require a minimum of 4 women to run a group coaching program and a maximum of 10 women to ensure the program stays small enough for each participant to feel seen and heard.
What happens after I sign up for the program? I will send you an email within 24 hours with a pre-questionnaire, a coaching agreement and my code of ethics. Prior to the first session I will also send you a zoom link and your program workbook.
