A day immersion of slow and intentional living. Exploring the essence of Yoga and Seasonal Living Wisdom. Held at the newly restored Summerhill Base overlooking the beautiful Tauranga Moana, soaked in nature and community.

Our intention is to share real yoga and re-kindle our relationship back to the natural world. Re-connecting to our wilder and wiser ancient systems. Often a humbling, weighted path in this modern world but one in which sews the seeds for a simpler, more connected, harmonious way of life.

Throughout the day, we will settle into the rhythms of nature, join around the table to share a meal, find fullness in our breaths and integrate ways of being in which we can take home, all in the art of restoring our connection back to our true nature.

This is not a day to improve, to be better, to retreat away but to meet ourselves in our totality and acknowledge our innate intelligence.

No previous knowledge of Yoga is required. This is a wonderful opportunity for beginners to resource themselves with something new or for those with more experience to integrate and embody their practice further into their world.
