Event description

Learn how to make a range of printed artworks that will bring joy to You – and the planet! In this hands-on workshop you’ll learn:

  • How to make an etching using a Tetrapak ‘plate’ and a hand-cranked pasta maker
  • How to carve and print eraser stamps and linocut plates
  • How to block print onto fabric and paper
  • How to find and use earth-friendly papers, textiles and printing inks.

You’ll go home with loads of knowledge and your own printed swing tags and cards for gifting or to frame as your own art creation.

About your workshop facilitator: Rebecca Scott is the co-founder and CEO of STREAT. Not only is she passionate about social enterprise, youth justice and equitable food systems, she is also a fine arts creative and loves nothing more than exploring how art and circularity collide to create beautiful pieces.
