Our journey's
Marley is deeply passionate about guiding Women back to their innate wildness through embodied movement, depth, and expression! She is an ex-professional dancer and believes that movement is medicine! Marley is also a yoga teacher and has been teaching full-time for 6 years
She has found that by combining the two worlds of yoga and dance, she is able to embody her true essence. This has sparked a deep yearning to share it with others in the hope to inspire and empower them!
Marley lived in Sri Lanka for 3 years teaching yoga at many different retreats. This is where she birthed her own 7-day Woman’s retreat called ‘Woman of the Wild’ hosting women from all over the world. She is now hosting these retreats 4 times a year in the Northern rivers.
Her intention with these retreats is to create a space of expression free from judgment to allow Women to connect with their deepest most authentic selves.
Marley believes that when women come together true magic unravels.
When we experience this healing, we are not only healing ourselves but also the collective!
Samantha from the Altar Tab loves creating sacred & immersive experiences creating more ritual & ceremony in life, & to allow our fully expressed & empowered selves to be seen & shine.
These immersive experiences include Sacred Beats, Nourish-Her Retreat & Re-Wild Her retreat with Marley. Samantha loves creating visually stunning Food Altars, each one is blessed & created through ritual.
Samantha is currently studying & practicing shamanism, an ancient healing practice where spirit works through the practitioner so we may locate & remedy the root cause of any illnesses or situation that doesn’t serve us any longer. She has previously studied Yoga, Reiki, Shamanism & other empowerment modalities.
She believes that our Earth soul is wild, and it needs the time to spend exploring our souls, tuning into our intuition & the natural world for our evolution & our soul’s nourishment. She understands that everything is energy & it is our duty to clear our vessels so we may remember, reclaim & reconnect to the truth of who we are.
