We know starting the conversation about mental health can be tough, especially when you’re concerned about your loved ones. People often feel unsure about how to support those struggling with their mental health – which is why we’ve decided to run a whole workshop on it!

REACHING OUT aims to give you the facts about mental health, what to watch out for, and the courage to start an informed conversation.

Develop your mental health toolkit by learning what to do and say, and what to avoid. Everyone experiences mental health issues at some point in their life, so join us at our REACHING OUT workshop and feel more confident in your ability to help others.

Teamed up with a helpful, downloadable digital worksheet and additional resources - join us online or in-person in the studio to delve into supporting your loved ones with mental health concerns - from mild experiences to more impactful ones.

Did we also mention that REACHING OUT is run by the delightful psychologist (and founder of The Mindful Collective), Amy Kate? That means you get a half-day with an incredible psychologist and our wonderful therapy assistants Maggie and Alana.
