Event description

Are You Ready For Anything?

The way we've been dealing with stress isn't working.

Burnout is spreading like wildfire and medical statistics state most people are experiencing stress 70% of the time.

The rate of change and uncertainty are only going to increase. We need tools and techniques that will enable us to thrive in our unpredictable modern world

While grit and mindfulness are both valuable tools, alone, they are not enough. It they were, burnout wouldn’t have reached unprecedented levels.

There is a solution.

The HeartMath Institute have developed effective tools and technology that harness the science of the heart and restore balance in the body's nervous system. Their work is based on over 25 years of comprehensive, peer reviewed, scientific research and has been featured in the American Journal of Cardiology and the Harvard Business Review, amongst other.

Because of the effectiveness of their technologies, they have worked with organisations that operate in consistently stressful environments, such as the military, first responders, emergency room technicians and Olympic athletes, enabling them to remain calm, focused and perform effectively in the midst of challenging situations.

In this introductory, 1 hour workshop I will introduce you to the benefits of HeartMath’s techniques and guide you in an experience of one of the tools. There will be the opportunity to ask questions during the last 15 minutes of the workshop.

As well as reducing stress, HeartMath tools can improve:

  • Decision making
  • Focus and engagement
  • Communication and connection
  • Productivity and innovation
  • Resilience and adaptability
  • Slow down the aging process (and who doesn’t want that?)

I look forward to welcoming you to this introductory workshop, so that you can be Ready For Anything!
