Ready, Set, Prepared is a free, person-centred emergency preparedness workshop supporting people with disability, their families, friends, and support workers to be ready for any type of emergency or disaster.
Through practical activities and guided discussions, participants will explore their personal exposure, risks, and strengths, and develop their own tailored emergency action plan.
Facilitated by local experts, the session focuses on empowering participants to make informed decisions and strengthen their personal and community resilience.
Delivered in celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disability, this workshop brings people together to learn, connect, and prepare — because everyone deserves to feel safe and supported in an emergency.
