Have you spent your life keeping things bottled up inside? Do you find it difficult to identify what you are truly feeling, or have you been told that being "strong" means never showing vulnerability?

Many of us have learned to suppress our emotions to keep the peace, protect others, or simply get through difficult times. But when we hold onto old emotional weight instead of letting it move through us, it can have profound effects on our emotional and physical well-being.

In this powerful 90-minute online webinar, we’ll explore why learning to recognize and safely release suppressed emotions is one of the greatest gifts you can give your health. Whether you are completely new to this inner work or you’ve already started your journey and want to dive deeper, this session provides a compassionate space to move forward.

Releasing Suppressed Emotions was one of the 10 key healing factors of the research of Dr Kelly Turner and every one of the over 1500 people that healed cancer against all odds that Kelly interviewed reported that this factor was part of their healing.

This very process was a pivotal, lifesaving component in both Justine and Jenny’s journeys of healing cancer against all odds.

We will also dive into the science of feeling through the work of Dr. Candace Pert, a cellular biologist and author of Molecules of Emotion. Her research beautifully demonstrates what suppressing emotions does to our physical cells, and how releasing them activates the body's natural capacity to heal.

During this event, you will:

Be guided through questions specifically designed to help you elicit exactly where you are storing suppressed emotions, gently bringing them to the surface.]
Experience a powerful guided meditation led by Jenny to help you safely process, release, and clear those stored emotions.
Afterwards you may feel significantly freer, lighter, and emotionally empowered.
Have an opportunity to share (only if you want to) and ask any questions.

To fully immerse yourself in this experience, please show up for yourself in a quiet, private space where you won't be disturbed. Bring a pen and paper for insights, a glass of water, and an open heart.

Whether you're navigating a health challenge, supporting a loved one, or simply feeling heavy from years of carrying unexpressed feelings, this webinar offers a safe, supportive space to begin your release.

It's time to discover the freedom, peace, and vitality that come from letting go of the past and choosing your health.

Both Jenny & Justine have defied the odds on their cancer healing journeys and share their wisdom and insights with you in a safe and supportive space.
