Ready to Respond: CPR Essentials

This interactive, hands-on session covers how to recognise the signs and symptoms of a heart attack and sudden cardiac arrest, perform effective hands-only CPR, safely use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and take the immediate actions that can improve survival while waiting for emergency services.

This is one of two Ready to Respond sessions delivered by Victoria University, designed for people who have little or no first-aid experience, or anyone wanting to refresh their knowledge and skills.
