OPEN CALL / GROUP EXHIBITION NOVEMBER 2025 / THEME: "REAL & IMAGINED"
OPENING NIGHT EVENT: Friday 30th October 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm
The Apollo Bay Arts Inc. Gallery is excited to invite you to be part of our annual fundraising group exhibition:
Artists must comply with the Terms and Conditions of this exhibition. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ENTER
Entry fee $10 per artwork displayed - Payable THIS PAGE.
Works must be original, not previously displayed at the Gallery or Apollo Bay Art Show, and be an interpretation of the exhibition theme: REAL & IMAGINED.
Maximum of three works in any medium (2D or 3D). Max size for 2D works is 80 cm on the horizontal side. Please email to discuss whether your work can be accommodated if it is large or particularly heavy.
Commission is 20% of the sale price of your artwork. We invite all artists to volunteer to assist with Gallery sitting and or logistics to gain a discounted commission rate of 10%.
Keep a copy of your entry to bring when delivering work.
A maximum of 50 artworks can be displayed due to the Gallery's capacity. Entry closes Friday 19 September (unless capacity reached earlier).
IMPORTANT DATES
ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday 19 September 2025.
DELIVERY OF ARTWORK: Sunday 26 October 12 - 1 pm OR Wednesday 29 October (10 - 11 am). LATE DELIVERIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
UNSOLD ARTWORK COLLECTION: Tuesday 4 November, 12 - 3 pm
OPENING NIGHT EVENT: Friday 30 October 2025, 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm
GALLERY OPEN HOURS
FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY 31st October - 3 November: 10 am to 4 pm
TUESDAY 4 November: 10 am to 3 pm
