"Real Talk for Real Health"

As part of Men's Health Week 2026, The Men’s Table is bringing together a wide range of health specialists & services to provide information and resources at the event “Real Talk for Real Health”.

The afternoon will be full of connection, sharing stories & knowledge, conversations and food. The event will provide an opportunity for men to come together and gather information and understanding around their health, empowering them to have more control over their health decisions.

The event will feature expert speakers from a variety of health modalities, sharing their stories, experience and expertise.
