With over 25 years of international experience in business and psychology, I've honed a unique approach to transformation. I'm a believer in the power of individuals to drive collective growth through the conscious act of self-empowerment. Through this lens of intentional responsibility, I help people harness their strengths, values, and potential to create lasting impact in various domains - families, teams, organisations, communities, and even on a global scale.

My therapeutic background informs my coaching and training, where I champion a philosophy of wholehearted, BIG living, anchored in the principles of bravery, integrity, and generosity - values inspired by Dr. Brené Brown. As a Certified Facilitator of The Daring WayTM, I've guided countless individuals and teams in embracing vulnerability as a strength, fostering growth, resilience, and authentic connections.
